Every day at House of Cassandre looks a little different. You will be close to the day-to-day rhythm of the brand and help make our community feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Your work will flow between:
- Client care online: connecting with customers through email, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- Client care on site: welcoming guests to our showroom and helping them discover the right pieces.
- Keeping the online shop up to date, from product details to small operational updates.
- Helping with packing and preparing orders with care.
- Bringing your ideas and creativity to life inside a small and growing team.
You are curious, thoughtful, organized, and sensitive to beauty. You enjoy speaking with people, noticing details, and helping things run with care.
A hands-on experience inside a creative studio, with exposure to curation, client care, e-commerce, showroom life, and the daily work of building a soulful brand.
