Thank you for shopping with House of Cassandre. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

 

Processing
In-stock pieces ship within 3 business days of payment. Made-to-order pieces ship within the time shown on each product page (for example, 3 to 4 weeks for the Stella pendant). We don’t ship on weekends or French public holidays.

 

Delivery times

France: 2 to 4 business days
European Union: 3 to 7 business days
Rest of the world: on request. Please contact us before ordering.

 

Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout.

 

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

 

Customs
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.

 

Damaged parcels
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@houseofcassandre.com, with photos of the piece and its packaging.

 

Showroom pick-up
By appointment at 29 boulevard Raspail, 75007 Paris.
